Turn repeated support questions into guides
Rewriting the same answer increases support effort. A short guide based on a verified solution creates more consistent communication.

How to apply it
Find recurring topics through labels or search in Taskending. Write prerequisites, solution steps and verification into a team document after removing customer data. Check that the guide still matches the current product before sharing it in a reply.
A concrete example
A guide for empty reports might check date filters, permissions and whether records exist. Its examples should not expose another customer’s information.
What to watch for
Repeated symptoms do not always share a cause. Do not let a familiar guide hide a new problem. A Taskending team document is not automatically a publicly published knowledge base.
How to check the outcome
If a new teammate can classify the problem correctly using the guide, it is useful. Update steps and interface names when the product changes.
