Are exports and backups the same?
An export makes data available for another use; a backup supports recovery of the service. One does not guarantee the full scope of the other.

How to apply it
Inspect which fields Taskending’s authorized export includes. Check attachment, provider-connection and historical-data coverage separately. Plan protected independent backups and recovery verification for critical records.
A concrete example
Issue JSON may support analysis, while rebuilding a server also requires the database, attachments and necessary configuration. Do not carry secrets in an uncontrolled report file.
What to watch for
A backup file’s existence does not prove recoverability. Do not test restoration by overwriting production. Keeping the only backup on the same server does not address server loss.
How to check the outcome
Open the backup in a separate environment and verify sample records and integrity. Document the files and access required for recovery.
