What to check when a notification email is missing
Queueing a message, provider acceptance and delivery to the recipient are different stages. Investigate the stage that actually failed.

How to apply it
First check the in-app event and the user’s email preference. An authorized administrator can inspect the relevant Taskending mail-history record. Review the recipient, provider result and failure time together.
A concrete example
A message rejected by a daily provider limit differs from a sent message placed in spam. The first calls for delivery-service investigation; the second involves the recipient mailbox and sender reputation.
What to watch for
Retrying an uncertain send can produce duplicates. Do not send bulk test messages to customers. A historical failure does not prove the system is still retrying it.
How to check the outcome
Match one application event with its queue record and provider result. Do not claim confirmed receipt without delivery evidence.
