Keep email replies in the same request
Creating a new issue for every reply fragments support history. Message and thread identifiers help preserve the right conversation context.

How to apply it
Keep the email conversation context intact when using Taskending Gmail intake. Check that replies follow the same conversation. Start a new request for a different topic rather than adding it to an old thread.
A concrete example
A customer first reports an empty export and then supplies the date range. Reading both messages on one request avoids asking for information again. Adding an unrelated billing question to the same thread can confuse the context.
What to watch for
A subject line alone is not a reliable identifier; separate conversations can have identical subjects. Forwarded or copied messages may create new context. Similar text does not automatically mean the same request.
How to check the outcome
Inspect an initial message and reply in a sample conversation. Verify that repeated intake does not duplicate content and the messages remain in the correct project.
